Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from HSUV GLOBAL.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition and include all original accessories.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Non-returnable items

• Opened skincare products

• Used UV devices

• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hansunguv.ca with photos of the product and packaging.
